Terms & Conditions - PCFORU
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders received by Computerz and More T/a PCFORU via phone or email. By placing any order for goods ONLINE customers are deemed to accept the terms and conditions of sale. Please note that these terms and conditions may be updated without prior notice, so it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are familiar with these terms and conditions on a regular basis.
“PCFORU” refers to Computerz and More T/A PCFORU.
"Customer" refers to any party who purchases goods from “PCFORU”
"Goods" refers to any products or services supplied by “PCFORU”
"Business days" refers to Monday to Friday, excluding Bank or Public holidays.
The customer hereby disclaims any right to rescind, cancel the contract or claim for damages or restitution arising out of any misrepresentation made to him and the customer acknowledges that they are purchasing the goods based upon there own skill and judgment and that Computerz and More T/A PCFORU shall not be bound by nor responsible for any term, condition, representation or guarantee other than the guarantee given by the Manufacturer.
a. All prices quoted by Computerz and More T/A PCFORU are inclusive of GST (15%) and are in New Zealand dollars.
b. All prices quoted for goods supplied by Computerz and More T/A PCFORU are Exclusive of freight and are exclusive of insurance and installation.
c. Prices maybe altered or changed without prior notice. Computerz and More T/A PCFORU reserves the right to adjust prices due to changing market conditions, manufacturer price changes, discontinuation of goods, errors in advertisement and any other extenuating circumstances. Customers must confirm prices prior to placing an order.
a. Payment can be made by, cheque, direct deposit, via internet banking transfer or PAYPAL
b. Computerz and More T/A PCFORU will process orders after proof of payment has been received in to Computerz and More T/A PCFORU nominated bank account.
c. Payments made by personal cheque will take 5 business days to clear from the day Computerz and More T/A PCFORU receives it.
d. All goods are required to be paid for in full and in advance.
e. Goods will be dispatched to the customer upon payment being cleared or authorized.
a. Computerz and More T/A PCFORU is an online retailer. Orders can be placed via Computerz and More T/A PCFORU website, phone or email.
b. All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of goods.
c. Computerz and More T/A PCFORU is entitled to refuse any order placed by a customer.

b. Delivery shall be made to the address stated in the contract by the customer. Computerz and More T/A PCFORU will take all reasonable steps to make delivery at the time requested by the customer but shall not be responsible for any losses sustained by the customer for delay in delivery.
c. Computerz and More T/A PCFORU will send the goods ordered to the address stated by the customer at the time of placing an order. If an incorrect address is stated, or a change in address is requested after the products are sent from Computerz and More T/A PCFORU premises, then it is the customers’ responsibility to get the goods from the address stated at the time of order placement. Computerz and More T/A PCFORU will endeavor to contact the freight or courier carrier and request that they redirect it to the new address, however if it is not possible for the courier carrier to do so, the customer is responsible for any loss or damages to the goods.
d. Computerz and More T/A PCFORU reserves the right to deliver the goods in installments and each installment shall be deemed to be a separate contract under the same provisions as the main contract. Should Computerz and More T/A PCFORU fail to deliver or make effective delivery of one or more installments this shall not entitle the customer to repudiate the main contract.
e. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
f. The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and in all cases must inform Computerz and More T/A PCFORU in writing within 3 days of delivery for any claims of loss, non delivery or shortages and within 5 days for any claims of damage to goods.
Please be informed by law (Ministry of Consumer Affairs), we are not required to provide you with a refund if you change your mind or the goods you purchased were not compatible with your existing goods, so for this reason we ask that you choose your goods carefully, however if the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Computerz and More T/A PCFORU at its sole discretion may accept returned goods for credit within 7 business days of the original invoice being issued providing this is confirmed to the customer in writing and the following conditions are met:
a. Goods returned for credit must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by “PCFORU”
b. The issue of a Return Material Authorization does not guarantee that Computerz and More T/A PCFORU will accept any given return.
c. A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all goods returned for credit
d. Freight Charges will not be credited under any circumstances.
e. Software cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or used due to software licensing requirements.
f. Goods must be in original packaging and condition with Manuals, blank warranty cards and any other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
g. Consumables are not returnable if the factory seal has been broken.
h. Discontinued or end of life products or Special orders can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges will be made.
i. Computer systems and customized computer systems can only be returned for repair. No Refunds or exchanges will be made.
j. All credit payments will be made by Computerz and More T/A PCFORU to the customer via direct bank deposit. It will take a minimum of 10 working days to process such a credit payment, after we have received the correct bank account details and any other relative documents.
k. No goods will be accepted for credit after 7 business days has passed from the date of invoice unless returned under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or the New Zealand Fair Trading Act.
a. Faulty goods returns are subject to Computerz and More T/A PCFORU standard return procedures.
b. Goods shall not be returned to Computerz and More T/A PCFORU without permission being given in advance. The customer must obtain an RMA number from Computerz and More T/A PCFORU prior to goods being sent in for repair. The RMA number issued to you should be displayed clearly in a visible location on any packaging in which the goods are returned in. If any goods are sent without an RMA number, Computerz and More T/A PCFORU will not be held liable for any loss, damage or delays to those goods.
c. The terms and conditions, time limits and other warranty information will be supplied to the customer by “PCFORU” The warranty shall be the current warranty provided by the manufacturer of the product. Computerz and More T/A PCFORU shall be under no liability whatsoever except for the express conditions as detailed and stipulated in the manufacturers warranty.
d. The Tax invoice or proof of purchase must be produced by the customer. Computer System warranty will cover all parts and labour for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty is only for hardware and does not cover software or any configuration to these. We recommend that you consult a professional for any installation required. If any goods develop a fault then the customer is required to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number online from Computerz and More T/A PCFORU website or via email prior to sending any goods back to PCFORU for repair (during the warranty period). Products stated to be faulty by the customer, during warranty period, have to be tested by Computerz and More T/A PCFORU RMA Department. This takes a minimum of 10 working days to complete. The customer is responsible for returning the defective goods to our RMA department and all products returned must be properly packaged. If goods returned are not properly packaged then the customer will bear all responsibility for any damage that has been caused or maybe caused due to insufficient packaging of goods. The repair work will be undertaken in a timely manner (minimum 10 working days)and subject to the availability of the parts required (repair or replacement) and the customer shall pay a freight charge to have the repaired goods returned to them. Due to circumstances beyond the control of Computerz and More T/A PCFORU a delay may occur in the repair of any defective parts or replacement parts. Computerz and More T/A PCFORU shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if the cause of the delay or failure is beyond its control.
e. If any problems found are initiated by the customer or any other party, the warranty shall become void. For example: Viruses, system files being deleted and generating errors due to this, system crashes or failure due to user configurations, tampering with components located inside Computer systems or goods being misused or damaged by way of impact or water submersion.
f. If goods are found to be non faulty or if a fault is found to have been caused or initiated by the customer, then Computerz and More T/A PCFORU will charge a service fee of $ 150 inclusive of GST before the goods, computer system or part(s) are returned to the customer. If any of the goods we supply are defective then we will fulfill our responsibilities during the warranty period, however if you are unable to install or configure goods correctly or if they are incompatible with other components or configurations, then they will not be covered under warranty and a service fee of $ 150 inclusive of GST will apply.
g. If for any reason Computerz and More T/A PCFORU charges the customer a service fee then Computerz and More T/A PCFORU reserves the right to deem the goods as 'neglected' or Abandoned if payment has not been received after 30 days and will sell the goods to recover costs, any remaining monies from the sale will be credited to the customer.
h. Freight charges are non refundable. The customer is responsible for any freight charges, insurance, and duties on all goods returned to “PCFORU”
i. In the event a product can not be repaired or replaced by Computerz and More T/A PCFORU then Computerz and More T/A PCFORU will credit the customer the residual value of the goods or products purchased. The residual value is calculated by dividing the remaining warranty period by the total warranty period. This is then multiplied by the products original value. For example: A product is purchased at the value of $200 and has a total warranty period of 12 months. The residual value in the 8th month (warranty remaining = 4 months) would equate to 200 x 4 / 12 = $66.67
Courier Loss or Damage
The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and in all cases of shortages, damage or non delivery the customer must inform Computerz and More T/A PCFORU in writing within the time frames specified below:
a. In the case of non delivery of goods, the customer must report any claims of loss to Computerz and More T/A PCFORU within 3 Days from the date the goods were shipped from Computerz and More T/A PCFORU or from the date the customer was due to receive the goods whichever is applicable..
b. In the case of damage to goods, the customer must report any claims of damage to Computerz and More T/A PCFORU within 2 Days from the date the goods were shipped from Computerz and More T/A PCFORU to the customer.
c. Computerz and More T/A PCFORU will not take any responsibility for any loss of goods, damaged goods or any other matters caused by the courier if the customer fails to notify Computerz and More T/A PCFORU within the timeframes specified above.
d. Replacement or refunds may be made subject to the refund availability from the courier carrier.
New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act
Your warranty is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. However, where you are purchasing for the purposes of a business, you agree that the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply. All warranties and conditions implied under any other statutes, including the Sale of Goods Act are expressly excluded from your warranty.
Product Information Liability
a. Due care has been taken in the collection of information located on Computerz and More T/A PCFORU website. However, Computerz and More T/A PCFORU does not guarantee the accuracy of any product information or technical specifications provided on its website, via email or over the phone. Customers are at all times responsible for selecting the goods they require and are strongly advised to consult with the manufacturer regarding technical specifications and product information prior to purchasing any goods from “PCFORU”
b. Any information supplied to the customer by Computerz and More T/A PCFORU in relation to estimated times of arrival (ETA) of stock are subject to Computerz and More T/A PCFORU suppliers (ETA) and these may not be accurate. Computerz and More T/A PCFORU provide the ETA information to the customer for the customers’ convenience only and have no control over these matters.
c. Computerz and More T/A PCFORU provide links to third party websites as a convenience to the customer. We do not endorse the content of those sites nor do we supply any warranty in regards to use of those sites.
All information, images and intellectual content located on Computerz and More T/A PCFORU website remain the exclusive property of the respective copyright or registered trademark owner(s).
